Footwear plant start construction in VSIP Quang Ngai

A ground-breaking ceremony for the first stage of footwear export manufacture plant was held by King Riches Footwear Viet Nam company at the Viet Nam-Singapore Integrated Township and Industrial Park (VSIP) in the central province on May 28.
